Advice and Tips for Joining Rockland Trust

Search for positions by keyword, job category or location. When you find an opportunity you are interested in, apply online for the role.
Take time to fill out your profile completely. The more you share about your skills, interests and experience, the better we will be able to consider you for a position. You'll also be asked to upload your resume. The entire process takes about 20 minutes.
The interview process at Rockland Trust is thorough and the process length varies by role and level in the organization. We generally begin with an initial phone interview to learn more about how your skills and interest may match a position. The next step is an in-person interview with HR, the hiring manager and possibly other stakeholders.
Should we extend an offer for employment, it will be fair and based on your experience and capabilities as well as market data and will be in alignment with how we compensate others in similar roles with similar work experience. Rockland Trust does not gather previous or current pay data. You’ll be presented with a detailed review of compensation and benefits to help you make an informed decision about joining Rockland Trust.
Every candidate who accepts an offer will go through an extensive background check and drug screening.
You’ll receive detailed instructions on what to expect before you start, and a checklist to make sure you are prepared for your first day.
