I’ve been with Rockland Trust for ten years as of Aug. 2020.
I’m the Vice President and Manager of the Middleboro Plaza Branch. My role is to establish and grow relationships within the community. My team and I strive to provide an exemplary customer experience to all of our customers. We want them to feel like they’re family when they visit us.
My favorite part about working at Rockland Trust is the fact that I get to see the impact my team and I have on our customers lives throughout the relationship. Sometimes we meet with folks that are already in the middle of a financial bind. Guiding customers through that tough spot in their life and coming out of it better off really validates the work we do day in and day out.
It has been a very fun journey with Rockland, hard to believe 10 years has gone by. I’ve been in retail banking for a total of almost 20 years. I first got into banking as a part-time teller while I was going to college at the Berklee College of Music. After college I realized that I very much enjoyed banking. I joined up with Rockland Trust in 2010 and worked my way up to Branch Manager and then a VP. I’ve learned a lot about banking and myself and I couldn’t imagine working with another financial institution.
I’ve been with the Rockland Trust for 5 years.
I am a Vice President, Branch Manager at the Newtonville office. Some of my roles include business development, customer relationships, team building, networking, community outreach, project management and administration.
My favorite part about working at Rockland Trust is the genuine spirit of collaboration and shared goals all revolving around helping the customer, colleagues and community.
During my journey here I’ve been able to develop my professional skills with the many opportunities presented at the bank including furthering my career. The most satisfying part of this journey is the opportunity to lead an amazing team who I cherish and appreciate dearly and to be a part of our customers' lives!
G. Warren Manigault III is a relationship builder and banking professional through and through which is why we're thrilled to have him lead our Worcester retail team as our new Regional Manager. When he's not getting to know our new neighbors in Worcester, you'll find Warren riding around on his vintage Harley Davidson or traveling internationally by cruise ship with his wife Julie and daughters Adrianah & Anjolique. Welcome Warren!
Six years this month.
I am a manager of the Customer Information Contact Center. Our team handles inbound calls, chats, emails and letters to customers providing world class customer service.
The people, both the employees and the customers. The best part of my job is interacting with different branches, departments, and customers helping people with any issue that might come up.
I was originally hired to handle staffing and scheduling for the department but now lead a team of 12 CIC representatives.
June of 2014. Easy for me to remember, my son August was born a few weeks after I started!
Business Banking Officer coving territory north of Boston.
I really love the Rockland Trust culture; it’s very inspiring to work for a company that shares my values. Even in a sales role, I am empowered and encouraged to approach my day with a mindset that prioritizes “what can I do to help my customers?” vs. sales or products. Furthermore, I work with great team members across the bank that mirror this attitude. In my role, this really gives me a greater sense of purpose; that I have a role in supporting the business community through my work.
The bank has really given me the opportunity to pursue my interests. I was hired as the branch manager, and had an desire to concentrate more exclusively on work with small business. I’m very fortunate Rockland gave me the opportunity to make that transition, and even more so because I still work with my great colleagues and customers through the same branch. Both as a branch manager, and now as a Business Banking Officer, I continue to learn from my job, interactions with clients, and from my colleagues on a daily basis.
I started on February 8, 1988 – 32 years ago.
I am an SVP, Director of Retail Administration providing oversite to the Retail Branch network and Call Center.
The amazing team of individuals I work with. I have been fortunate to work with many different teams over my 32 years. The dedication and commitment to the organization, each other and the communities we work in is inspiring. I have been fortunate to build strong relationships with these individuals and can call on them when needed.
I started as a part time teller at our Weymouth Branch to help pay for college, I was a nursing major at the time. I have worked in more than 10 of our branches, in positions from teller to manager and also held positions in Training and Operations before taking on my current role.
Assistant Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Communications. I manage our traditional advertising, public relations, and internal/external events.
Rockland Trust is my second family. I feel extremely fortunate for all of the strong relationships I have built. There have been so many wonderful managers who have believed in me and advocated for me throughout my career here.
I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to do after graduating college with a Communications degree. I met with a recruiter at Rockland Trust and was inspired by the culture. I started as a Teller at the Middleboro Plaza branch and also worked in Human Resources before finding my way into Marketing. Each step of my journey has been filled with new challenges and learning opportunities and I wouldn’t change a thing!
Rockland Trust is excited to welcome Sam Moore as our new Network Manager. Sam will work closely with our IT teams to develop and maintain our reliable and secure network infrastructure.
