I’m the District Manager. My role is to establish and grow relationships within the community. My team and I strive to provide an exemplary customer experience to all of our customers. We want them to feel like they’re family when they visit us.
My favorite part about working at Rockland Trust is the fact that I get to see the impact my team and I have on our customers lives throughout the relationship. Sometimes we meet with folks that are already in the middle of a financial bind. Guiding customers through that tough spot in their life and coming out of it better off really validates the work we do day in and day out.
It has been a very fun journey with Rockland, hard to believe many years has gone by. I’ve been in retail banking for over 20 years. I first got into banking as a part-time teller while I was going to college at the Berklee College of Music. After college I realized that I very much enjoyed banking. I joined up with Rockland Trust in 2010 and worked my way up to Branch Manager and then a VP. I’ve learned a lot about banking and myself and I couldn’t imagine working with another financial institution.

I am a Vice President, Branch Manager III at the Park River Street Branch. Some of my roles include business development, customer relationships, team building, networking, community outreach, project management and administration.
My favorite part about working at Rockland Trust is the genuine spirit of collaboration and shared goals all revolving around helping the customer, colleagues and community.
During my journey here I’ve been able to develop my professional skills with the many opportunities presented at the bank including furthering my career. The most satisfying part of this journey is the opportunity to lead an amazing team who I cherish and appreciate dearly and to be a part of our customers' lives!
